Skin Care Delivery and Virtual Spa Appointments with Michelle Robertson

In this episode of The Pindrop Group Community Show Michelle Robertson of Glo Skin in Palm Harbor explains how her business adapted to accommodate stay at home orders and chats about life during the pandemic.



Switching to a Virtual Business Model


Normally, Michelle and Julianne of Glo Spa spend all day in one-on-one facial, waxing, and nail appointments with clients. In March, of course, they became unable to hold in-person treatments for the time being.


They began offering virtual skin consultations to modify clients’ routines and send them skincare.


Returning to “Normal”


Once it becomes safe, “I can’t wait to hug people again,” said Michelle.


She is impressed and proud of how locals have come together to help each other during this time. “As a community we’re all doing really well with modifying and taking care of each other,” said Michelle.


Natalie adds of innovative virtual business practices, “Anything we pick up now we should commit to continue.”
